  • Register with the Costa Rican consulate of your country of your origin;
  • Register with Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social (Costa Rican Social Security Fund) and meet an inspector in order to determine your eligibility as an investor in the country;
  • Obtain a social security card called EBAIS in Costa Rica;
  • Register your fingerprint at the Ministry of Security.

  5. The Costa Rican consulate in your country of origin validates all the documents submitted by our team;
  6. A visa is issued within a couple of weeks;
  7. You may come to Costa Rica in order to open a bank account so that your income may be directly transferred, as well as choose a property to rent or to purchase so that your family would have a legitimate address in the country;
  8. We make the final payments of government fees for your case;
  9. Upon the receipt of our payment, you will receive your residence permit, which is valid for 2 years and renewable as long as you keep meeting the requirements laid out before;
