SPAIN: TESTIMONIES
”We are a couple in our fifties and we love to travel around Europe. We visited the south of Italy as well as the south of France and Portugal. When the Golden Visa program in Spain was introduced, we got in contact with Inimex to find out more about it. Inimex referred us to some real estate agencies from Spain. Their support was really important to us. They helped us to make the best decision for our property with matters such as the city, the neighborhood, etc.
Therefore, Inimex helped us to find a villa near a town called Blanes. We are really glad and we don’t think we could have found a better place. The lawyers from Inimex as well as the whole team assisted us through the visa application process. Then, we were able to get a first residence visa of 2 years. We could also work and create our own business in Spain with this visa. Afterwards, we bought a second house in order to rent it for touristic purposes and earn an additional income.
Now, we have been living in Spain for several years. We got integrated very easily and quickly since Inimex answered all our questions. They also helped us in many challenges we faced. We are really grateful about it. We have no regrets at all about our new life. The amazing Spanish climate and the closeness of the Mediterranean Sea pleases us very much. Moreover, we can now travel to Italy, France and Portugal without taking a plane or sticking to a certain number of days.”
”I am a recently divorced single mother. I owned many properties in my home country but I decided to sell everything in order to settle abroad. Since we spent many vacations in Spain, I chose this country as my new home. I was a little nervous about this whole process, especially about the fact of acquiring property abroad. Inimex really helped me in this matter. They helped me buy a few properties, including two for rental purposes. I could know everything I needed in order to make the right choice.
I am really happy about this move I made. I feel good in Spain and I’m surrounded by nice people. I felt really quickly included and my child as well. She goes to a good school and she is learning Spanish. I ended up marrying a Spanish man and I started a new life. Inimex helped me through this defining step and I am grateful for it.”
