SPAIN: TESTIMONIAL I
“We are a couple in our fifties, and we always loved to travel around Europe. We visited the south of Italy as well as the south of France and Portugal. When the Golden Visa program in Spain was introduced, we got in contact with Inimex to find out more about it. Inimex referred us to some real-estate agencies from Spain. Their support was really important to us. They helped us to make the best decision for our property with matters such as the city, the right neighbourhood, etc.
Inimex helped us to find a villa near a town called Blanes. We are really glad, and we don’t think we could have found a better place. The lawyers from Inimex as well as the whole team assisted us through the visa application process. Then, we were able to obtain a residence permit for 2 years. We were able to continue our work remotely and create our own business in Spain with this visa. Afterwards, we bought a second house to rent it for tourism and earn an additional income.
Inimex answered at any question we had. They also helped us in many challenges we faced. Now, we have been living in Spain for several years and are well integrated. We are happy with the outcome and with our new life we have created in Spain. The amazing Spanish climate and the closeness of the Mediterranean Sea pleases us very much. Furthermore, we can easily continue to travel in Europe and explore new places.”

I finally decided to invest in a few properties in Spain, including two that were to perceive rental revenue. Inimex has helped me along, and I could know everything I needed in order to make the right choice.
I am really happy about the move I made. I feel very good in Spain, and I’m surrounded by nice people. I felt really quickly included and my daughter as well.
